目的研究方剂的归经效用,建立方剂归经量化数学模型,探索一种方剂归经定量研究的方法。方法以药物归经学说为理论依据,结合方剂的组方配伍规律,应用层次分析法(AHP)及向量理论,构建方剂“归经强度”数学模型。结果利用计算机自动化处理,对“逍遥散”等传统方剂进行归经分析,这种方法较准确地量化描述方剂的归经强度。结论方剂归经强度模型实现了方剂“归经强度”的差异性量化分析,阐释了方剂的组方配伍规律,可为系统研究方剂归经与病症对应规律提供一定的科学依据。
Objective To study the recovery effect of prescriptions and to establish a quantitative mathematical model of prescription weight and to explore a method of quantitative study of prescription weight. Methods Based on the theory of drug regression and combined with the prescription prescription compatibility principle, AHP and vector theory were used to construct the mathematical model of prescription strength. Results Automated computer processing was used to analyze the traditional prescriptions such as “Xiaoyaosan” and other traditional prescriptions. This method can accurately quantify and describe the strength of prescriptions. Conclusions The prescription regressive intensity model realizes the difference quantification analysis of the prescription “Gui Shui Jing”, and expounds the compatibility prescription of the prescription. It can provide a scientific basis for systematic study of the corresponding rules of prescription regimen and illness.
