合成了 ( NH4 ) 15[L a( PMo9V2 O39) 2 ]· 6H2 O杂多配合物 ,并考察其对苯酚过氧化氢羟化反应的催化活性 .探讨了温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、n( Ph OH) /n( H2 O2 )摩尔比以及反应介质的 p H值对反应的影响 .实验结果表明 ,以甲醇为溶剂、n( Ph OH) /n( H2 O2 ) =1∶ 2、反应体系的 p H值为 5左右、反应温度 343K、反应时间约 4h的条件下 ,苯酚转化率可达 44.30 % ,对苯二酚产率达 43.35% .并采用 ICP、IR、UV和 XRD等技术 ,对( NH4 ) 15[L a( PMo9V2 O39) 2 ]· 6H2 O进行表征 ,初步证实了 ( NH4 ) 15[L a( PMo9V2 O39) 2 ]· 6H2 O具有 Keggin结构 .
(NH4) 15 [La (PMo9V2 O39) 2] · 6H2 O was synthesized and its catalytic activity for the hydroxylation of phenol hydroperoxide was investigated. The effects of temperature, amount of catalyst, reaction time, Ph OH) / n (H2 O2) molar ratio and the p H value of the reaction medium on the reaction.The experimental results show that with n (Ph OH) / n (H2 O2) = 1: , The conversion of phenol reached 44.30% and the yield of hydroquinone reached 43.35% under the conditions of p H value of about 5, reaction temperature of 343 K and reaction time of about 4 h. The characterization of (NH4) 15 [L a (PMo9V2 O39) 2] · 6H2 O initially confirmed that the (NH4) 15 [L a (PMo9V2 O39) 2] · 6H2 O has a Keggin structure.
