目的:采用锥束形CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)研究下颌前磨牙C形根管的发生率、根面沟的分布及左右两侧对称性。方法:收集47例患者的CBCT数据,使用CBCT自带软件分析下颌前磨牙C形根管的发生率、两侧对称性及根面沟所在位置。结果:下颌第一前磨牙C形根管的发生率为17.9%;根面沟主要分布于下颌前磨牙的近中舌侧;下颌第一前磨牙C形根管对称率为55.6%,下颌第二前磨牙无对称性发生。结论:下颌前磨牙C形根管形态复杂,CBCT可辅助准确观察其解剖特征。
OBJECTIVE: To study the incidence of C-shaped root canal, the distribution of root ditch and the left and right symmetry of mandibular premolars using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: The CBCT data of 47 patients were collected. The incidence of C-shaped root canal of mandibular premolar teeth, bilateral symmetry and the location of root surface ditch were analyzed using CBCT software. Results: The incidence rate of C-shaped root canal in the first premolar was 17.9%. The root surface ditch was mainly distributed in the mesial lingual side of mandibular premolar. The symmetry of C-shaped root canal in the first premolar was 55.6% Two premolar asymmetry occurs. Conclusion: The C-shaped root canal of mandibular premolar is complicated in shape. CBCT can help to accurately observe the anatomic features.
