企业必须重视和推进企业文化建设,真正把企业文化作为一种企业管理的最高境界来追求,将企业文化与企业管理很好地结合起来。做好企业文化建设和企业管理相结合,笔者认为应重点围绕“四个抓”来下功夫,求实效。管理是企业永恒的主题。企业的生命在于管理,管理的核心是文化。企业文化建设的实质是用管理制度和行为规范来落实企业的价值观,以企业文化理念激发企业员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,进而增强企业的凝聚力、创新力和竞争力。做好企业文化建设和企业管理相结合,笔者认为应重点围绕“四个抓”
Enterprises must attach importance to and promote the building of enterprise culture, the real corporate culture as the highest level of business management to pursue, the corporate culture and business management well together. Good combination of corporate culture and business management, I believe that should be focused on “four catch ” to work hard and seek actual results. Management is the eternal theme of business. The life of an enterprise lies in the core of management and management is culture. The essence of corporate culture construction is to implement the values of the enterprise with the management system and code of conduct, and stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of employees in the corporate culture concept so as to enhance the cohesion, innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. Good combination of corporate culture and business management, I think we should focus on “four catch”
