司法部党组、中国公证协会党组历来高度重视公证队伍建设工作,近年来取得了显著的成效。党的十八大以来,中国公证协会认真贯彻落实中央决策部署和司法部工作安排,积极推进公证队伍正规化、专业化、职业化建设,取得了一系列可喜的成绩。今特刊发陈光中教授授权文章,文章提出了法律职业教育培训三个层次的概念,对于促进公证行业教育培训以及队伍建设工作取得更大进步有较强的指导和借鉴意义。本文是陈光中教授为清华大学司法培训中心主编的培训教材丛书的序言,题目为编者所加,内容有删节。 The party groups under the Ministry of Justice and the party organizations under the Notary Association of China have always attached great importance to the work of notarization teams and have achieved remarkable results in recent years. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, CBRC has conscientiously implemented the decision-making arrangements made by the Central Government and the work arrangements of the Ministry of Justice and actively promoted the formalization, specialization and professionalization of the notary public. A series of gratifying achievements have been made. This special issue of Professor Chen Guangzhong authorized articles, the article proposed the concept of legal vocational education and training at three levels, to promote notary education and training and team building work made greater progress has strong guidance and reference.
