目的:研究肉桂酸对广藿香幼苗生长、生理及百秋李醇含量的影响,为揭示广藿香连作障碍成因提供依据。方法:利用盆栽法进行不同浓度肉桂酸处理实验,检测广藿香幼苗的生长生理指标及其植株地上部百秋李醇含量。结果:肉桂酸对广藿香幼苗的株高、鲜重、根长、叶绿素含量及其根、茎、叶的过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶及过氧化氢酶均具有低促高抑的浓度效应;广藿香幼苗根、茎、叶的MDA含量随着肉桂酸浓度增加而升高,其根系活力与百秋李醇含量则随肉桂酸浓度的增加而降低。结论:肉桂酸对广藿香幼苗具有化感自毒作用,可能为导致其发生连作障碍的重要因素之一。
Objective: To study the effects of cinnamic acid on the growth, physiology and the content of periol in Patchouli seedlings, and provide the basis for revealing the causes of the continuous cropping obstacles in Patchouli. Methods: Pot experiments were conducted to study the growth and physiological indices of patchouli seedlings and the content of periol in aboveground parts of plants. Results: The plant height, fresh weight, root length, chlorophyll content and peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and catalase in roots, stems and leaves of Cinnamomum cassia seedlings were inhibited and inhibited The MDA content of roots, stems and leaves of patchouli seedlings increased with the increase of cinnamic acid concentration. The root activity and the content of periol content decreased with the increase of cinnamic acid concentration. CONCLUSION: Cinnamic acid has the allelochemical effect on patchouli seedlings, which may be one of the important factors that cause the continuous cropping obstacle.
