目的:利用响应面分析法优化脑络安胶囊研制渗漉提取工艺条件。方法:在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,选择中心组合实验设计,考察乙醇体积分数、粉碎度、浸提时间3因素对葛根素质量浓度的影响,依据design expert7.1回归分析确定各工艺条件。结果:根据实验因素的显著性和交互作用分析及最优化,得出最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数为70%,粉碎度为1 030μm,浸提时间为37 h。结论:结论该优选出的提取工艺合理,可为工业生产提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the process conditions for the development of percolation by Naoluofeng capsule by response surface analysis. Methods: Based on the single factor experiment, the experimental factors and levels were selected, and the center combination experimental design was chosen. The effects of ethanol volume fraction, comminution and extraction time on the concentration of puerarin were investigated. Process conditions. Results: According to the significance of experimental factors and interaction analysis and optimization, the optimum technological conditions were as follows: the volume fraction of ethanol was 70%, the degree of pulverization was 1 030μm, and the extraction time was 37 h.
