目前对“蜜月旅游”的研究仍处于初级阶段。针对蜜月旅游,运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、定量分析法和定性分析法等研究方法,引进顾客期望理论,研究了国内外蜜月旅游的发展现状及其定义.构建了蜜月旅游顾客期望内涵理论,研究了游客对旅游产品的期望、旅游目的地形象的期望、旅游服务价值的期望和旅游成本的期望,调查了顾客期望的蜜月旅游资源类型,蜜月旅游项目,蜜月旅游目的地和蜜月旅游主题等,绘制了国内各大旅游区的蜜月旅游城市——旅游主题期望二维散点图,得到水域风光类是游客期望最高的蜜月旅游资源,海滨海岛是游客期望最高的蜜月旅游项目,华南旅游区和西南旅游区处于高蜜月旅游期望象限的结果等。还针对游客的调查研究结果,结合顾客期望理论,提出了蜜月旅游发展研究的建议措施。

According to the survey results of tourists, combined with the theory of customer expectations, proposed measures for the study of honeymoon tourism development.
