在教学改革过程中,不容忽视的是要科学合理地营造良好的人文环境,表现在课堂上即为教学氛围,最关键的是师生间有对等交流的机会。广大语文教师在参与教育改革探索的过程中要努力提高语言教学实效,这是一项持久而重要的任务。教师要根据自身的文化修养充分利用教材中文学语言的魅力,从心灵深处感化每一位学生。教师要实事求是,根据教学大纲和孩子们掌握语言的实际情况进行语文课堂教学设计,这样才能教得实,使学生学得实。
In the course of teaching reform, we should not neglect to create a good humanistic environment scientifically and reasonably, which is the teaching atmosphere in the classroom. The key point is that there should be equal opportunities for teachers and students to exchange ideas. It is a long-term and important task for the majority of language teachers to strive to improve the effectiveness of language teaching in their exploration of educational reform. Teachers should make full use of the charm of the language in the textbooks according to their own cultural accomplishments and influence every student from the depths of their hearts. Teachers should seek truth from facts, according to the teaching syllabus and the children’s grasp of the actual situation of the language classroom teaching design, so as to teach truth, make students learn reality.
