合成了两种标题化合物,产率分别为58.2%和81.3%;其结构通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR进行了表征;抑菌实验表明,两种席夫碱对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑菌活性。
The two title compounds were synthesized in yields of 58.2% and 81.3%, respectively. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR. Bacteriostasis experiments showed that the two Schiff bases were effective against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus Better antibacterial activity.
