The authors examined the effects of 16 chemicals and ionizing radiation on sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and chromosomal aberrations in bone marrow cells of C57Bl / BJ male mice. The chemical bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) and deacetylcolchicine were intravenously injected into mice at different times.
