对即将投放市场的一种新型澳矿进行了矿物组成和显微结构分析,对其烧结基础特性进行了研究,并与目前国内广泛使用的矿粉进行了比较。结果表明:该矿属于典型的褐铁矿,烧损较高,显微结构以豆状和肾状为主;其同化性能较好,1 280℃经过3 min即完全同化,强于磁铁矿和赤铁矿;液相流动性也较好,粘结相自身强度略低,但连晶固结强度较高;铁酸钙生成能力较好,在碱度为1.8时,铁酸钙的生成量为66%。
Mineral composition and microstructure analysis of a new type of Australian ore to be put on the market were carried out. The basic properties of sintering were studied and compared with the currently widely used mineral powders in China. The results show that the ore is a typical limonite with high burning loss. The microstructure is dominated by bean and kidney. The assimilation performance is good. The ore is completely assimilated after 1 min at 280 ℃, which is stronger than that of magnetite And hematite. The fluidity of the liquid phase is also better. The strength of the binder phase is slightly lower, but the crystal strength of the binder is higher. The calcium ferrite production ability is better.
