目的评价便民河水系血吸虫病综合治理效果。方法纵向观察2000-2011年便民河水系综合治理后钉螺分布及人畜血吸虫感染情况。结果便民河水系综合治理后,感染螺密度从0.013只/0.1 m2下降至0,活螺密度从7.43只/0.1 m2下降至0.38只/0.1 m2,感染螺面积从0.08 hm2下降至0,钉螺面积从17.84 hm2下降至10.57 hm2,人群血清学阳性率从6.90%下降至0.96%。结论便民河水系实施混凝土护坡综合整治消除了钉螺孳生地,有效控制了血吸虫病疫情;但不能消除钉螺扩散,仍须做好通江河口的钉螺监测和控制。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive treatment effect of schistosomiasis in the Min-Min River system. Methods Longitudinal observation of snail snail distribution and human and animal schistosomiasis control after comprehensive treatment of the Manmin River system from 2000 to 2011. Results After the comprehensive treatment of the Manmin River system, the density of infected snails decreased from 0.013 /0.1 m2 to 0, the live lobe density decreased from 7.43 /0.1 m2 to 0.38 /0.1 m2, and the infected snail area decreased from 0.08 hm2 to 0. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of concrete revetment in the Min-Min River system eliminated the breeding sites of snail and effectively controlled the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis. However, it did not eliminate the spread of snails and still needed to monitor and control snails in the estuary of Tongjiang River.
