目的研究不同温度对天竺葵挥发性物质成分的影响。方法索氏提取仪提取挥发性物质,气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析。结果不同温度下天竺葵挥发性物质种类及含量差别较大。日温为20℃,夜温为15℃的处理1共检测出15种物质,处理2(日温为25℃,夜温为20℃)检测出8种物质,处理3(日温为30℃,夜温为25℃)只检测出3种。结论不同温度对天竺葵挥发性物质影响较大。
Aim To study the effects of different temperature on the volatile components of geranium. Methods The Soxhlet extraction instrument was used to extract volatile compounds and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results Different temperature geranium volatiles species and content vary greatly. 15 substances were detected in treatment 1 with a daily temperature of 20 ° C. and a night temperature of 15 ° C. Eight substances were detected in treatment 2 (day temperature was 25 ° C. and night temperature was 20 ° C.), and treatment 3 (day temperature was 30 ° C. , Night temperature is 25 ℃) only detected 3 kinds. Conclusion Different temperature have a great influence on volatile substances of geranium.
