白酒酒庄在中国是一个比较传统的事物,但是现在逐渐但出了人们的视野。其自身特有的属性决定了它不仅仅是个酒庄,更多的是起到对中国浓厚白酒文化承载和对酒文化宣传的作用,为中国白酒酒庄的景观设计发展推波助澜。中国白酒酒庄要区别于葡萄酒庄的形式与发展模式,建设中国特色的白酒酒庄就要强调中国特色明确中国白酒文化的特点。课题注重白酒酒庄对白酒品牌文化的发扬,在景观中融入白酒品牌特色,并结合中国古代庄园的构园手法。通过对文君庄园的调研,对其现状进行分析,决定以休闲山庄的规划为基础,采取古代庄园的理念,加上对本案地域、环境、建筑设计等方面的初步构想进行相关规划,形成一套规划意向方案。希望做出酒庄景观设计与酒品牌文化融合的中国式白酒酒庄。
Liquor winery in China is a more traditional thing, but now gradually but out of people's perspectives. Its own unique attributes determine that it is not only a winery, but more importantly, it plays a role in bearing the strong Chinese liquor culture and promoting wine culture, and fosters the landscape design and development of China's liquor wineries. China's liquor wineries to be different from the wineries in the form and mode of development, building wineries with Chinese characteristics should emphasize Chinese characteristics clear Chinese liquor culture. The theme of the project focuses on the development of liquor brand culture in Baijiu Winery, integrating the characteristics of liquor brand in the landscape and combining the practices of the garden in ancient Chinese manor. Through the investigation and study of Wenjun Manor, the author analyzes the present situation and decides to take the concept of ancient manor as the basis and take the relevant planning of the preliminary conception of the area, environment and architectural design in this case to form a Set of plans to plan. Hope to make winery landscape design and wine brand culture fusion Chinese-style winery.
