我公司车间在433齿轮轴试制中,共生产20件。齿轮轴在渗碳淬火回火后进行校直时,共校直6件,其中3件在齿轮轴中间同一部位断裂(见图1),剩余齿轮轴暂停校直。现抽取一件断裂的齿轮轴对其材质、非金属夹杂物、断口形貌、显微组织及硬度梯度进行分析。1理化检测1.1化学成分利用直读光谱仪对其化学成分进行分析,结果符合SAEJ1268《碳素钢和合金淬硬钢的淬透性带》中8620H的技术要求,结果见表1。
Our company workshop in 433 gear shaft trial production, a total of 20 pieces. When the gear shaft is straightened after carburizing and quenching and tempering, a total of 6 pieces of straightening were straight, of which 3 pieces were broken in the same part of the gear shaft (see FIG. 1), and the remaining gear shafts were suspended for straightening. Now take a broken gear shaft of its material, non-metallic inclusions, fracture morphology, microstructure and hardness gradient analysis. A physical and chemical testing 1.1 Chemical composition The use of direct-reading spectrometer to analyze its chemical composition, the results meet SAEJ1268 “hardened steel of carbon steel and alloy hardened steel” 8620H technical requirements, the results shown in Table 1.
