目的 观察高压氧 (HBO)加尼莫地平对脑多梗死性痴呆 (MID)患者血小板选择素 CD6 2 p(platelet- selectin- CD6 2 p,简称 CD6 2 p)、红细胞内钙 (intraerythrocytic- calcium ,简称 IECa2 + )、血清钙(serum- calcium,简称 SCa2 + )和红细胞变形指数 (deformity- index,简称 DI)的影响 ,并进一步探讨 HBO在缺血性脑血管疾病 (ICVD)治疗中的作用及机制。方法 采用流式细胞免疫技术 ,以抗血小板单克隆抗体及钙离子荧光剂为分子探针 ,用激光衍射红细胞变形仪 ,对 4 3例 MID患者予 HBO加尼莫地平治疗 (HBO组 )和对 38例 MID患者予常规药物治疗 (对照组 ) ,均于治疗前后检测 CD6 2 p、IECa2 +、SCa2 +及DI变化 ,并进行对比分析。结果 HBO组治疗后 CD6 2 p、IECa2 + 含量明显降低 ,DI明显增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,SCa2 +明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与对照组比差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。 IECa2 +随着 CD6 2 p含量的降低而降低 ,两者呈正相关 (r=0 .35 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;而 SCa2 + 则随着 IECa2 + 含量的降低而升高 ,两者呈负相关 (r=- 0 .32 6 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 HBO加尼莫地平治疗可使 CD6 2 p、IECa2 + 降低 ,DI增强 ,对 MID的恢复有益
Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) and nimodipine on the expression of platelet-selectin-CD6 2 p (CD6 2 p), intraerythrocytic-calcium (Abbreviated as IECa2 +), serum-calcium (SCa2 +) and deformity index (DI), and further explore the role of HBO in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) mechanism. Methods Flow cytometry, anti-platelet monoclonal antibody and calcium fluorescein as molecular probe, using laser diffraction erythrocyte deformability instrument, 43 cases of MID patients HBO plus nimodipine treatment (HBO group) and Thirty-eight patients with MID were treated with conventional medicine (control group), and the changes of CD62p, IECa2 +, SCa2 + and DI before and after treatment were detected and compared. Results The levels of CD6 2 p and IECa2 + in HBO group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01), SCa2 + (P <0.05) (P < 0 .0 5). IECa2 + decreased with the decrease of CD6 2 p content, and there was a positive correlation between them (r = 0.35 1, P <0.05); while SCa2 + increased with the decrease of IECa2 + Was negatively correlated (r = - 0.326, P <0.05). Conclusion HBO plus nimodipine treatment can reduce CD6 2 p, IECa2 +, DI enhancement, the recovery of MID beneficial
