微型冷库是一种适合于我国农业产业结构的产地冷贮藏装置.通过对单一送风、一拖二送风及夹套送风3种不同送风方式的微型冷库内气流组织的实验测量,得出了90m3库内在1.5m处的温度场分布,并在一拖二送风及夹套送风微型冷库内对白菜及菠菜的3种不同贮藏质量进行了贮藏实验.结果表明,夹套式送风方式的微型冷库具有最好的温度场分布,并且贮藏过程中白菜及菠菜的失重最少,比一拖二送风方式下的失重少2%.
