本文利用浙江和重庆两地制造业民营企业调查数据,实证检验了家族涉入对企业社会责任的影响,结果显示:(1)我国民营企业社会责任可区分为内部人责任、外部人责任和公共责任三个方面;(2)总体上,家族企业对内部人责任、外部人责任和公共责任好于非家族企业;(3)家族所有权对家族企业的内部人(投资者、员工)责任、外部人(消费者)责任有显著的正向影响,家族管理权对外部人(债权人)责任有显著的正向影响,尽管家族所有权与管理权对公共责任无显著的影响,但对环境责任、法律和伦理责任有显著的正向影响。由创业者所有或管理的家族企业,对外部人(商业伙伴)责任明显好于其他类型家族企业;家族文化对家族企业社会责任各维度有显著的正向影响。研究结论对我国家族企业成长实践有重要指导意义。
Based on the survey data of manufacturing private enterprises in Zhejiang and Chongqing, this paper empirically tests the impact of family involvement on corporate social responsibility. The results show that: (1) Social responsibility of private enterprises in our country can be divided into internal responsibility, external responsibility and public (3) family ownership is responsible for the insider (investor and employee) of the family-owned enterprise, while the outside is responsible for the family business (Consumer) have a significant positive impact on the responsibility of the family management of the outsiders (creditors) have a significant positive impact, although the family ownership and management of public responsibility has no significant impact, but the environmental responsibility, the law And ethical responsibility have a significant positive impact. The family business owned or managed by the entrepreneur owes much more responsibility to outsiders (business partners) than other types of family businesses. Family culture has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of family business social responsibility. The conclusion of the research is of great guiding significance to the growth of the family business in our country.
