对REUSY、REHY和REY三种类型的工业分子筛进行了性能研究,理化性质分析结果表明,稀土离子可以有效抑制分子筛骨架铝的脱除,高稀土含量的REY分子筛具有较大的晶胞常数,较低的L酸密度,较高的B酸密度和较高的总酸量。REY分子筛催化剂具有较高的裂化活性,ACE评价结果表明:其重油产率低至3.18%,汽油中芳烃含量高达44.81%,烯烃含量低至17.35%,利于提高汽油辛烷值和氢转移活性。
REUSY, REHY and REY three kinds of industrial molecular sieve performance studies, physical and chemical properties of the results show that rare earth ions can effectively inhibit the removal of molecular sieve framework aluminum, REE zeolite with high REE large unit cell constant, compared with Low L acid density, higher B acid density, and higher total acidity. REY zeolite catalyst has high cracking activity. The results of ACE evaluation show that the yield of heavy oil is as low as 3.18%, the content of aromatics in gasoline is as high as 44.81%, and the content of olefins is as low as 17.35%, which helps to improve the octane number and hydrogen transfer activity of gasoline.
