目的 探讨侧卧位伽玛 (γ)刀治疗的方法和准确性。方法 1 0例颞叶极限位置肿瘤 ,采用LEKSELLγ刀进行治疗 ,治疗时将仰卧位坐标转换为侧卧位治疗 ;坐标变换公式 ,右侧卧位为X′ =2 0 0 - (Y - 1 5) ,Y′ =X ,Z′=Z ;左侧卧位为X′=Y - 1 5 ,Y′ =X ,Z′=Z。结果 采取侧卧位治疗的靶点准确 ,肿瘤生长均得到控制。结论 侧卧位γ刀治疗不仅延伸了颅内左右方向治疗范围 ,解决了超极限位置病灶仰卧位坐标无法执行的问题 ,对颅内多发病灶增加了一次定位下全部治疗的可能性 ,而且坐标变换正确 ,靶点位置准确 ,疗效确切
Objective To investigate the method and accuracy of lateral gamma ray knife treatment. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with the temporal lobe tumor were treated with LEKSELL gamma knife. The position of the supine position was converted to the treatment of the lateral position during the treatment. The formula of coordinate transformation, the right lateral position was X ’= 200 - (Y - 1 5 ), Y ’= X, Z’ = Z; the left lateral position X ’= Y - 1 5, Y’ = X, Z ’= Z. Results The target of lateral treatment was accurate and tumor growth was controlled. Conclusion The treatment of lateral gamma knife not only extends the treatment range of intracranial left and right direction, solves the problem that the position of supine position can not be performed in hyperextension position, but also increases the possibility of all treatments for multiple intracranial lesions in a single position.
