羊水污染一般多为胎粪污染。与胎儿预后有重要关系,因而应正确诊断,积极处置,确保母婴安全。1.机理与作用 妊娠晚期,在缺氧(脐带受压、绕颈、羊水过少,妊高征)等情况下,胎儿缺氧可致体内血液重新分配以维持心、脑、肾等重要脏器供氧,胃肠血运减少,血管收缩,肠蠕动增加;同时缺氧,迷走神经兴奋,肛门扩约肌松弛,排便而致羊水污染。
