目的:探讨自制不锈钢外固定支架在颧骨、颧弓骨折治疗中的可行性及临床效果。方法:选择30例单侧颧骨、颧弓骨折患者,均有开口受限,开口度≤1cm,单侧面部塌陷。经上颌第一磨牙前庭沟远中向后作一长1.5cm切口,颧复合体骨折盲探法复位至开口度达3~4cm,面部基本对称后,用6~8号胸骨缝合针经皮穿刺入颧弓骨折处,结扎固定在自制支架的“M”形凹上,3周后拆除固定支架。结果:30例患者手术固定支架拆除后,X线显示骨折断端对位良好,开口度≥3cm,面部基本对称,咬合关系与受伤前一致。结论:针对单侧颧骨、颧弓骨折,用自制外支架固定复位效果肯定,是一种比较简单的手术方法,患者所受创伤小,支架稳定性好。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of self-made stainless steel external fixation in the treatment of zygomatic and zygomatic arch fractures. Conclusion: For unilateral cheekbones and zygomatic arch fractures, with a fixed effect of home-made external fixator affirmation, is a relatively simple surgical method, patients suffered trauma, scaffold stability.
