文章主要阐述了开展中小学体育课堂教学质量监测的目的。提出了体育课堂教学质量的监测应该以学生掌握体育技能的程度、体能发展情况为主,同时从体育特长及情意表现等全方位评价学生体育学习的情况,并和《国家学生体质健康标准》与《体育艺术2+1文体工程》的实施与评价有机结合,促进学生体质健康水平的提高。还对如何提高和完善体育课堂教学质量监测的效果与方法提出了相应的措施与建议,即明确界定学习的任务范围,规范学生体育学习的学业评价,关注体育特长评价,加强教学诊断与分析,促进学校的教学管理与教师教学行为的改变。
The article mainly elaborates the purpose of carrying out the monitoring of the quality of the PE classroom teaching in primary and secondary schools. It puts forward that the monitoring of PE class teaching quality should focus on the students’ mastery of sports skills and their physical development, at the same time, evaluate the students’ PE study from the aspects of sports specialty and affective performance, and make a comparison with the National Students’ Physical Health Standard “Sports Art 2 + 1 Stylistic Project” implementation and evaluation of organic combination to promote the improvement of physical fitness of students. Also put forward corresponding measures and suggestions on how to improve and perfect the effect and method of PE classroom teaching quality monitoring, that is, define the task scope of study clearly, regulate the academic evaluation of PE study, pay attention to PE specialty evaluation, strengthen teaching diagnosis and analysis, Promote the teaching management of the school and teachers’ teaching behavior change.
