通过对玻纤增强SAN树脂(SAN/GF)的力学性能分析,研究了影响玻纤增强SAN材料的因素。结果表明,添加SMA相容剂有助于增加SAN树脂与玻纤的界面结合强度,提高材料的力学性能,相容剂含量为3%时,增强材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别达到117.2和140.2 MPa,比未加相容剂时,强度分别增加22.8%和12.8%。适量润滑剂的添加对提高材料力学性能具有正面效应,根据实验研究,润滑剂用量在0.2%时,玻纤增强材料性能较好。单丝直径为13和14μm的2种玻纤的增强效果差别不大,制备的增强材料的拉伸强度都在115 MPa以上,弯曲强度大于135 MPa。主机螺杆转速对玻纤增强SAN材料的力学性能影响不大。玻纤含量在20%时,制备的玻纤增强材料的冲击性能最好,达到5.7 kJ/m~2。
By analyzing the mechanical properties of SAN / GF glass fiber reinforced plastic, the factors affecting the glass fiber reinforced SAN materials were studied. The results show that the addition of SMA compatibilizer can increase the interfacial bonding strength of SAN resin and glass fiber and improve the mechanical properties of the composites. The tensile strength and flexural strength of the reinforced material reach 117.2 and 140.2 MPa, the strength increased by 22.8% and 12.8% respectively compared with that without compatibilizer. Appropriate amount of lubricant added to improve the mechanical properties of the material has a positive effect, according to experimental study, the amount of lubricant at 0.2%, glass fiber reinforced materials better performance. The reinforcing effect of the two kinds of glass fibers with single fiber diameter of 13 and 14μm is not much different. The tensile strength of the prepared reinforced materials is above 115 MPa and the flexural strength is greater than 135 MPa. Host screw speed on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced SAN material has little effect. When the glass fiber content is 20%, the impact strength of the prepared glass fiber reinforced material is the best, reaching 5.7 kJ / m ~ 2.
