目的针对田湾核电站场外应急监测的需要,设计了核应急监测车载系统,可以准确及时地向有关部门提供事故现场及周围环境中辐射污染状况、环境介质中放射性核素浓度的实测数据。方法集辐射监测、气象监测、数据传输和数据管理等功能为一体的高度信息化移动实验平台。结果为查明事故源项、评价事故影响后果、决定应急防护行动、制定处置方案和采取恢复措施等工作提供技术依据。结论满足田湾核电站辐射环境应急监测要求,提高核与辐射应急环境监测能力。
Aim To meet the needs of emergency monitoring of Tianwan nuclear power plant off-site, a nuclear emergency monitoring vehicle system was designed to provide accurate and timely information to the departments concerned on the radiation pollution status and radionuclide concentrations in environmental media. The method integrates functions of radiation monitoring, meteorological monitoring, data transmission and data management into a highly informative mobile experiment platform. The results provide technical basis for identifying the source of the accident, evaluating the impact of the accident, deciding the emergency protection action, formulating the disposal plan and taking recovery measures. Conclusions Meet the emergency monitoring requirements of radiation environment of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station and improve the monitoring capability of nuclear and radiation emergency environment.
