微波养护水泥基材料是近年来发展起来的一项新技术。本文通过测量水泥浆体凝结时间及抗压强度变化,研究了微波养护技术对水泥净浆的促凝和促硬效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:微波养护对水泥净浆的凝结时间随微波强度和时间的增加而减少;对水泥试件抗压强度随微波强度和时间的增加是先增长后减小。
Microwave curing cement-based materials is a new technology developed in recent years. In this paper, by measuring the setting time and the change of compressive strength of cement paste, the influence of microwave curing technology on the procoagulant and hardening effect of cement paste was studied. The experimental results show that the curing time of the cement paste decreases with the increase of microwave intensity and time; the compressive strength of cement samples increases first and then decreases with the increase of microwave intensity and time.
