目的 :研究乙型肝炎病毒 X蛋白致转基因小鼠的表型效应。 方法 :采用免疫组织化学和组织病理学方法分析转基因小鼠中 X蛋白的表达部位及其病理学改变。结果 :免疫组织化学检测发现 X蛋白在转基因小鼠的肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏和皮肤组织中均有表达 ,从 F0 代到 F3代小鼠 ,X蛋白在肝细胞中的分布逐渐从细胞质向细胞核转移。病理学分析显示 ,表达 X蛋白的转基因小鼠出现了皮肤组织结构异常、肝组织和肺组织轻度变性等病理学变化。 结论 :乙型肝炎病毒 x基因转基因小鼠的肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏和皮肤等组织中表达 X蛋白 ,部分转基因小鼠出现的皮肤组织、肝组织和肺组织病理性损伤可能与 X蛋白有关 ;各代转基因小鼠肝细胞中 X蛋白的分布具有规律性的变化 ,可用于研究 X蛋白在不同部位发挥功能的途径
Objective: To study the phenotypic effect of hepatitis B virus X-induced transgenic mice. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and histopathology were used to analyze the expression of X protein and pathological changes in transgenic mice. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed that X protein was expressed in liver, spleen, lung, kidney and skin of transgenic mice. From F0 generation to F3 generation, the distribution of X protein gradually changed from hepatocyte to cytoplasm Nuclear transfer. Pathological analysis showed that the X protein transgenic mice appeared pathological changes of skin tissue structure, mild degeneration of liver tissue and lung tissue. Conclusion: The X protein is expressed in the liver, spleen, lung, kidney and skin of hepatitis B virus x transgenic mice. The pathological damage of skin tissue, liver tissue and lung tissue in some transgenic mice may be related to X protein ; The distribution of X protein in transgenic mice liver cells in each generation has regular changes and can be used to study the way that X protein functions in different parts
