探讨黄芩的致突变性。以 3种剂量(10 g/kg、20 g/kg、30 g/kg)的黄芩作为实验组;以同体积生理盐水(NS)作为阴性对照组;以 30 mg/kg的环磷酰胺(CP)作为阳性对照组。以母鼠胸骨骨髓与胎鼠肝脏血作微核分析,以小鼠血淋巴细胞作单细胞凝胶电泳(SCGE)试验。结果与阴性对照组相比,黄芩各剂量组各项指标均未见显著升高(P>0.05)。提示:黄芩无致突变作用。
