采自不同地区10个土样先经盆栽黑麦草耗竭并去除根系过2mm筛作供试土样。再向土样中以摩尔比2.8:1同时加入K ̄+时,土壤的铵固定量比单加处理略有增加,新固定铵、钾摩尔比在6~10之间。降低同时加入的:K ̄+摩尔比至1:1.4,新固定铵、钾摩尔比在1.3~2.0之间。先加钾100mg/kg培养48h后,再加100mg/kg续培养2h,新固定铵、钾摩尔比在1~2.3之间。表明在本试验条件下,土壤有优先固定铵而少固定K ̄+的现象,无论K ̄+,同时加入还是K ̄+先加入者均如此。
Ten soil samples collected from different regions were depleted from the potted ryegrass and the roots were removed with a 2 mm sieve for soil samples. When adding K ~ + to the soil sample at a molar ratio of 2.8: 1, the amount of ammonium immobilized in the soil increased slightly compared with the single treatment, and the molar ratio of new fixed ammonium and potassium was between 6 and 10. Reduce the addition of: K ~ + molar ratio to 1: 1.4, the new fixed ammonium and potassium molar ratio of 1.3 to 2.0.
