华岩腔原是重庆华岩寺僧人使用的概括该寺佛教唱腔特色的口头概念,有关此概念僧人并无具体的定义。为了认清此概念之真相和此寺庙唱腔音乐的风格特色,本文在实地田野调查基础上,对其主要仪式唱腔的形态风格和成因作了较全面的研究,对华岩腔得出自己初步的新认识和结论,总结出华岩腔的狭义性和广义性的唱腔风格,并认为此旋律体系风格是江南佛乐传入重庆后与当地音乐文化元素相融合的产物。
Hua Yancun was originally an oral concept used by monks in Huayansi Temple in Chongqing to summarize the characteristics of Buddhist singing in the temple.
