目的:通过分析GELSOLIN和BAG-1在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达及与各临床病理参数间的关系,探讨子宫内膜样腺癌发生、发展的分子生物学机制,为子宫内膜样腺癌的生物学特性的评定及靶向基因治疗提供参考指标。方法:采用SP法对100例不同子宫内膜组织进行两蛋白的检测,采用秩和检验及Spearman等级相关分析进行统计学处理。结果:1)GELSO-LIN的表达率N组高于A组(t=2.31,P=0.02)及E组(t=3.97,P=0.001);无淋巴结转移组高于有淋巴结转移组(χ2=4.809,P=0.03)、浸润深度<1/2肌层组高于≥1/2肌层组(χ2=10.647,P=0.001)。2)BAG-1的表达率N组低于A组(t=2.88,P=0.005)及E组(t=5.26,P=0.000 1);G1期组低于G2+G3期组(χ2=10.37,P=0.001 3)、无淋巴结转移组低于有淋巴结转移组(χ2=4.913,P=0.027)。3)GELSOLIN与BAG-1在肿瘤中的表达无相关性,P=0.534。结论:GELSOLIN表达降低或BAG-1的高表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展有关;两蛋白的作用通路可能无交叉、互不影响。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the molecular biological mechanism of endometrial adenocarcinoma by analyzing the expression of GELSOLIN and BAG-1 in different endometrial tissues and the relationship with clinicopathological parameters. The biological characteristics of cancer and targeted gene therapy to provide reference indicators. Methods: 100 cases of different endometrial tissues were detected by SP method. The two proteins were detected by rank sum test and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The expression of GELSO-LIN was higher in group N than in group A (t = 2.31, P = 0.02) and in group E (t = 3.97, P = 0.001) = 4.809, P = 0.03). The infiltration depth was less than 1/2 in the muscular group and ≥1 / 2 in the muscular group (χ2 = 10.647, P = 0.001). 2) The expression of BAG-1 was lower in group N than in group A (t = 2.88, P = 0.005) and group E (t = 5.26, 10.37, P = 0.001 3). No lymph node metastasis was found in patients with lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 4.913, P = 0.027). 3) There was no correlation between GELSOLIN and BAG-1 expression in tumor, P = 0.534. CONCLUSION: The decrease of GELSOLIN expression or the high expression of BAG-1 may be related to the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The pathways of the two proteins may not cross and affect each other.
