紫外线作为影响红斑狼疮最重要的环境因素,其不但与红斑狼疮光敏性相关,而且还可诱发或加重红斑狼疮病情。这与近来的研究认为紫外线不单只作用于皮肤角质形成细胞、血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞等,还可系统作用于外周血单个核细胞一致。本文就紫外线作用机制的分子、细胞水平研究,对紫外线与红斑狼疮关系的研究进展做一综述。
Ultraviolet light as the most important environmental factors affecting lupus erythematosus, not only associated with the photosensitivity of lupus erythematosus, but also induce or aggravate the condition of lupus. This and recent studies suggest that ultraviolet light not only act on the skin keratinocytes, vascular endothelial cells, fibroblasts, etc., but also the systemic role of peripheral blood mononuclear cells consistent. In this paper, the mechanism of ultraviolet light at the molecular, cellular levels, the research progress of the relationship between UV and lupus erythematosus are reviewed.
