采用正交试验方法,以生物质海绵-丝瓜络纤维为原料、(NH4)2HPO4作为活化剂制备活性炭纤维(ACF)。制备过程包括预处理、预氧化、高温活化。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的活性炭纤维结构进行表征分析。通过N2吸附-脱附等温曲线对其表面孔结构进行研究。结果表明:制备的丝瓜络海绵基活性炭纤维比表面积达到812.7m2/g,孔隙结构主要为微孔结构,孔体积可达0.390cm3/g,在环保等领域具备良好的应用前景。
Orthogonal test was used to prepare activated carbon fiber (ACF) with biomass sponge - loofah fiber as raw material and (NH4) 2HPO4 as activator. Preparation process includes pretreatment, pre-oxidation, high temperature activation. The prepared activated carbon fiber was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The surface pore structure was studied by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm. The results showed that the prepared loofah sponge-based activated carbon fiber has a specific surface area of 812.7 m2 / g, a pore structure mainly of micropore structure and a pore volume of up to 0.390 cm3 / g, and has good application prospects in environmental protection and other fields.
