本文用一双波导模型模拟漏波导,用δ函数模拟散射势,从理论上研究了单个散射杂质对漏波导传输特性的影响.结果表明,波导中即使存在单个散射杂质也会极大地影响无杂质漏波导中所观察到的电导台阶和隧穿电流的振荡,而位于隧穿势垒外的散射杂质对电导和隧穿电流的影响均可忽略.计算结果还显示,当散射势足够强时,其影响将趋于饱和.散射杂质对波导中的每一传播模的影响也作了讨论.
In this paper, a two-waveguide model is used to simulate the leakage waveguide. The δ-function is used to simulate the scattering potential. The influence of a single scattering impurity on the transmission characteristics of the waveguide is studied theoretically. The results show that even the existence of a single scattering impurity in the waveguide greatly affects the oscillation of the conduction step and tunneling current observed in the waveguide without impurities and the scattering impurities outside the tunneling barrier affect the conductance and tunneling current Impact can be ignored.
