提出一个动态用户均衡配流模型 ,它能够预测多 OD对交通网络中交通流的动态变化 ,利用最优控制理论得出该模型最优解的条件 ,并证明了该条件与动态用户均衡相一致 ,该模型可以调控交通网络中的交通流量 .
This paper presents a dynamic equilibrium model with user traffic distribution, which can forecast the dynamic changes of traffic flow in multi-OD network. The optimal control theory is used to get the optimal solution. It is also proved that this condition is consistent with the dynamic user equilibrium. The model can regulate the traffic flow in the traffic network.
