本文对山东省精神卫生中心与济南市电信息信息服务台合开的心理卫生咨询热线503人咨询者的资料进行统计分析,具有高中以上文化者占多数,咨询主要内容是为自己和代人询问心理卫生问题、婚恋问题、心情苦闷、工作学习困难、人际关系紧张等。所作处理主要进行支持性安慰、疏导和排解,并对部分人提出进一步检查和治疗的建议。信息台电话心理咨询具有方便省时、保密性强、交谈充分等优点.
In this paper, statistical analysis is made on the data of 503 counselors of mental health counseling hotline jointly opened by the Mental Health Center of Shandong Province and Jinan Municipal Information Information Service Desk, with the majority of high school students or above being the majority.
