恶性肿瘤细胞的特点之一是其遗传不稳定性。癌细胞在体内或体外传代过程中,其转移性可能增强,亦可能减弱或消退。其中的机制尚未为人们所掌握。在如何维持实验用癌细胞的高转移性方面,我们作了一些尝试,取得了一些经验,愿与同道交流。本实验室在1986年通过在裸小鼠腹腔内反复传代移植的方法,从低转移性人肺腺癌细胞系AGZY—83—a中筛选出腹水型的高转移性亚系Anip。Ainp细胞接种于裸小鼠腹腔内能自发性转移至纵隔淋巴结和/或肺脏,转移率高达90~100%。Anip经尾静脉注入裸小鼠体
One of the characteristics of malignant cells is their genetic instability. During metastasis of cancer cells in vivo or in vitro, their metastatic potential may be enhanced, and may also be reduced or subsided. The mechanism is not yet known to people. In the aspect of how to maintain the high metastasis of experimental cancer cells, we made some attempts and gained some experience. We are willing to communicate with our colleagues. In 1986, this laboratory screened an ascites-type highly metastatic subfamily of Anip from the low metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma cell line AGZY-83-a by repeated passages in nude mice. Ainp cells inoculated in the abdominal cavity of nude mice can spontaneously metastasize to mediastinal lymph nodes and/or lungs with a metastasis rate as high as 90-100%.
