目的分析泉州市各监测点10年来监测资料,了解鼠间疫情。方法采用流行病学、生物分类学、血清学调查方法进行综合分析。结果 10年来,全市共捕获啮齿动物32186只,平均鼠密度8.18%,染蚤率36.84%,黄胸鼠构成比35.05%,印鼠客蚤构成比81.72%,总蚤指数1.30,印鼠客蚤指数1.07,鼠疫实验室检测用4种方法未检出阳性标本。结论泉州市鼠间出现临界线的危险信息和指征,必须引起注重,加强监测,采取防制措施,防患于未燃。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data of various monitoring stations in Quanzhou for 10 years to understand the epidemic situation in rats. Methods The epidemiological, taxonomic and serological methods were used for comprehensive analysis. Results In the past 10 years, 32186 rodents were captured in the city with an average rat density of 8.18%, a flea infection rate of 36.84%, a ratio of 35.05% in the rodent rat, 81.72% in the flea population, and 1.30 in the flea population Index 1.07, plague laboratory tests with four methods were not detected positive specimens. Conclusion The risk information and indications of the critical line between rats and rats in Quanzhou must be paid attention to, strengthen monitoring and take preventive measures to prevent suffering from unburned.
