运用一元回归正交试验法分析了Cu、Mg、Zn三种合金元素对G01压铸铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Mg元素对此合金的抗拉强度和布氏硬度影响最为显著,Cu元素对冲击韧度的影响显著,Zn元素单独对力学性能作用效果一般。
The effects of Cu, Mg and Zn alloying elements on the microstructure and properties of G01 die-cast aluminum alloy were analyzed by one-dimensional regression orthogonal test. The results show that the effect of Mg element on the tensile strength and Brinell hardness of this alloy is the most significant. The effect of Cu element on the impact toughness is significant. The effect of Zn element alone on the mechanical properties is general.
