机械加工是机械工业的基本工艺。一个国家的几十万台或几百万台金属切削机床以及与它们相配套的大量工卡量具都是实现机械加工工艺的手段。机械加工工艺和所用的手段在很大程度上影响着机械产品的质量、性能、影响着机械工业的生产能力和生产效率。因此,各国机械工程界在机械加工工艺、机床、工艺装备、控制和检测手段方面都投放很大的研究力量,以求改进原有技术和探索新的方面。
Mechanical processing is the basic process of mechanical industry. Hundreds of thousands or millions of metal cutting machine tools in a country, as well as a large number of card measuring tools that are compatible with them, are the means to realize the machining process. Mechanical processing techniques and the means used to a large extent affect the quality of mechanical products, performance, affecting the machinery industry’s production capacity and production efficiency. Therefore, the mechanical engineering community in various countries in the machining process, machine tools, process equipment, control and testing methods have put a lot of research efforts, in order to improve the original technology and explore new areas.
