中国加入WTO后,随着我国成品油市场逐步同国际市场接轨,一些国外石油“巨头”将大举抢滩中国,不可避免地会对国内成品销售企业造成巨大的冲击。本文试就我国石油、石化两大集团成品油销售企业如何应对加入WTO后的挑战作粗浅探讨。一、加入WTO对中国成品油销售企业的影响(一)市场竞争全面展开,成品油销售企业面临极大威胁。由于市场规则发生重大改变,入世后的国内成品油市场格局将产生很大变化,国外大石油公司依据我国在“服务贸易”分销方面所作的承诺,将逐步在国内开展包括批发、零售、保管、运输等在内的分销业务,抢占市场终端份额,使市场的竞争激烈程度加剧,并可能对上游的炼油工业产
After China’s accession to the WTO, as China’s refined oil market gradually becomes integrated with the international market, some foreign oil “giants” will aggressively steal the waters of China and will inevitably have a huge impact on the domestic finished product sales enterprises. This article tries to make a thorough discussion on how to deal with the challenges posed by China’s accession to the WTO after the oil product marketing enterprises of the two major groups in China’s oil and petrochemical industry make a thorough discussion. First, the accession to the WTO on the impact of China’s refined oil sales business (A) market competition in full swing, refined oil sales business is facing great threats. Due to the significant changes in market rules, the domestic market structure of refined oil products will have great changes after China’s accession to the WTO. According to the commitments made by China in the distribution of “service trade”, foreign big oil companies will gradually carry out domestic market development including wholesale, retail, Storage, transportation and other distribution business, to seize the market share of the terminal market competition intensified, and may upstream of the oil refining industry
