[目的]调查福建省平和县和漳浦县6个疏于管理的香蕉园病害发生情况。[方法]采集样品并分别提取DNA和RNA,通过PCR或反转录PCR(RT-PCR)检测香蕉束顶病、香蕉条纹病、香蕉叶鞘腐败病、香蕉花叶心腐病和香蕉枯萎病染病情况。[结果]叶鞘腐败病检出率最高,其次是条纹病和束顶病,没有检测出香蕉花叶心腐病。枯萎病仅在根系材料中有检出,在叶片中无检出。[结论]蕉园管理不力会导致香蕉叶鞘腐败病和香蕉条纹病等病害的大规模发生。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the occurrence of six unmanaged banana diseases in Pinghe County and Zhangpu County in Fujian Province. [Method] Samples were collected and DNA and RNA were extracted separately. Banana bunchy top disease, banana stripe disease, banana leaf sheath rotten disease, banana mosaic leaf rot and banana wilt disease were detected by PCR or reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) Happening. [Result] The highest rate of leaf sheath rot disease was detected, followed by striped and bundle top disease, but no banana leaf heart rot disease was detected. Fusarium wilt was detected only in the root materials and was not detected in the leaves. [Conclusion] The ineffective management of banana plantations would lead to the large-scale occurrence of diseases such as banana leaf sheath rot disease and banana streak disease.
