目的：探讨抗衰老中药对于人胚肺二倍体细胞传代次数的影响。方法：以益寿康、七宝美髯丹等中医抗衰老药进行人胚肺二倍体细胞传代，以ＶｉｔＥ为对照。结果：三药均能显著延长该细胞的传代次数，效果为ＶｉｔＥ＞益寿康＞七宝美髯丹。结论：三种中西药物均有一定的抗衰老作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of anti-aging Chinese herbs on the number of passages of human embryonic lung diploid cells. METHODS: Human embryonic lung diploid cells were passaged with anti-aging drugs such as Yishoukang and Qibaomeiqidan. VitE was used as control. Results: All three drugs can significantly prolong the passage of the cells. The effect is VitE> Yishoukang> Qibaomeidan. Conclusion: Three kinds of Chinese and Western medicines have certain anti-aging effects.
