非智力因素在初中英语教学中的引入与培养

近年来,随着我国新课改的不断推行,家庭、社会各界等群体将注意的目光放在了如何提高初中生英语水平上。相同学校、相同班级以及相同教师教学,学生的英语学习能力却明显不同,对此问题存在很大的争议。针对如何调动学生学习的主观能动性进行了分析,充分发挥学生的潜能,进而提出提高学生英语学习能力、提升英语教学质量的对策建议。 In recent years, with the continuous implementation of new curriculum reform in our country, families, all sectors of society and other groups will pay attention to how to improve junior high school students’ English proficiency. The same school, the same class and the same teacher teaching, students’ English learning ability is significantly different, there is a lot of controversy on this issue. This paper analyzes how to mobilize the subjective initiative of students to give full play to the potential of students and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve students’ English learning ability and improve English teaching quality.
