中国石油天然气管道局是国有特大型企业,在走向市场的过程中,局党委引导企业“学理论、转观念、增效益、求发展”,有效地理顺了人心,调动了干部职工的积极性,保证了企业的健康发展。日前管道局政研会给编辑部送来一组介绍该局经验的稿子,现选发其中四篇。他们的做法具体、实在,不空不泛,切合实际,可供其他企业参考、借鉴。
