目的探讨PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号传导通路在胃腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化及Western blot法检测p-AKT及p-mT OR在胃癌(100例)、癌旁(80例)及正常胃黏膜(100例)组织中的表达,并分析两者表达的相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。结果p-AKT在胃癌、癌旁及正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性率分别为72%、30%、24%,p-mT OR在胃癌、癌旁及正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性率分别为77%、51%、19%,均呈降低趋势,与Western blot结果一致。p-AKT、p-mTOR在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤分化程度有关。p-AKT及p-mTOR在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号传导通路在胃癌组织中过表达,可能对胃癌的生物学行为和预后的评估起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of PI3K / AKT / mTOR signaling pathway in gastric adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of p-AKT and p-mT OR in gastric cancer (100 cases), paracancer (80 cases) and normal gastric mucosa (100 cases) were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Correlation and clinicopathological features. Results The positive rates of p-AKT in gastric cancer, paracancer and normal gastric mucosa were 72%, 30% and 24% respectively. The positive rates of p-mT OR in gastric cancer, paracancer and normal gastric mucosa were 77% 51%, 19%, all showed a downward trend, consistent with Western blot results. The expression of p-AKT and p-mTOR in gastric cancer is related to the degree of tumor differentiation. The expression of p-AKT and p-mTOR in gastric cancer was positively correlated. Conclusion The overexpression of PI3K / AKT / mTOR signaling pathway in gastric cancer may play an important role in the assessment of biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
