食物中毒是夏秋季常见的食源性肠道病。为总结经验、分析原因、找出规律、制定措施、控制发生,现将55起食物中毒的资料整理分析如下。 基本情况 (一) 发生起数 从1971~1985年14年间共发生55起,中毒住院人数为177人,占中毒人数的13.77%;死亡1例。年平均发生中毒起数为3.66%;最多年份为15起,占中毒总起数的27.27%;有4年未发生。 (二) 月份分布 冬春季少见,一般多自5月始,至10月止,集中在7~9月,高峰出现在8月,共发生26起,占总起数的47.27%。在食物中毒多发月份中“五一”、“八一”和
Food poisoning is a common foodborne intestinal disease in summer and autumn. In order to summarize the experience, analyze the causes, find out the rules, make measures and control the occurrence, the data of 55 food poisoning are analyzed as follows.
