普通高校体育教师辩证思维能力不足是大学体育课程改革中,教师教学观还不能从工具性、实用性教育框架突破的深层次原因之一。这种辩证思维能力的不足具体表现为:在大学体育课程改革中,教师的思维判断忽略了矛盾的观点、缺乏系统观以及对“重点论”和“两点论”统一观认识的偏离这三方面。笔者认为可以通过:以辩证思维为引导的体育教学反思、以辩证思维为取向的校本培训、以辩证思维为指导的大学体育课堂教学三种方式提高普通高校体育教师的辩证思维能力。
The insufficiency of dialectical thinking ability of PE teachers in ordinary universities is one of the deep-seated reasons why the teaching view of teachers can not make a breakthrough from instrumental and practical education in the reform of PE in universities. The inadequacy of this dialectical thinking is manifested in the following aspects: in the reform of the university’s physical education curriculum, teachers’ thinking judgment ignores the contradictory point of view, the lack of systematic view, and the deviations from the understanding of “key theory” and “two-point theory” These three aspects. The author thinks that it is possible to improve the ability of dialectical thinking of physical education teachers in colleges and universities through three ways: the reflection of physical education guided by dialectical thinking, the school - based training oriented by dialectical thinking and the teaching of college physical education under the guidance of dialectical thinking.
