笔者在南京市雨花台中学参加了全国苏教版小学数学教材第五届优秀课评比暨课堂教学观摩会,全程观摩了21节课,聆听了专家点评,亲历了颁奖典礼。有品质的现场,总给人以启迪。一、教师应有自己的教学主张与教学风格这个“高大上”的名词相比,教学主张则更具亲和力。教学主张是教学实践和思考的意义凝练,即认为本学科的教学应该教什么、为什么教、怎么教,并能够自觉落实在教学中。本次教学观
